QPhil, you are going to inspire generations of junior high math teachers.

AI taught junior high for several years and I really liked that, but I wanted to do something more entrepreneurial. I went to work for IBM back in the '80s. It was the best training ground for what I would end up doing.

QSome people wouldn't have left. I mean, it was IBM.

A I left for a small data warehousing company, where I learned a lot about raising money. I got a taste for the small company, and acquired skills you don't learn at IBM.

QLet's talk about Xiotech, which you took from launch to sale to Seagate in five years for $360 million. Congratulations.

AThank you.
